The application, its source code, layout, interface, illustrations, letter and number artwork, tracing data, stories, worksheets and printable sheets are the property of the owner and are protected by copyright law in Kuwait and internationally.
You are welcome to
- Use Learn with Adam free of charge with your own children, at home, in a home schooling group, in a classroom or in a nursery.
- Print the homework sheets and photocopy them for the children you teach.
- Link to the app, share the link, and recommend it to other parents and teachers.
- Add it to a device home screen and use it offline.
You may not
- Copy, download or save the application file in order to publish, rehost or distribute it anywhere else, in whole or in part.
- Reuse the code, the artwork, the stories or the worksheet designs in another application, website, book or product.
- Sell Learn with Adam, charge for access to it, place advertising around it, or include it in a paid service or bundle.
- Remove, hide or alter the Learn with Adam name, the ownership notices or the credits anywhere they appear.
- Present the app or any part of it as your own work.
Requests for anything beyond the permitted uses above, including school licensing, translation or partnership, are welcome and should be sent to the address below.
The name
Learn with Adam, the Learn with Adam name and logo and the Studio Letouch and Le Touch names are used as trade marks by the owner. Please do not use them for your own app, service or materials.
Credits
Learn with Adam is built with the following third party components, used under their own licences and gratefully acknowledged.

Copies of these licences are available from the projects above. The licences permit this use and require that the notices are kept, which is the purpose of this section.
No warranty
Learn with Adam is provided as it is, free of charge, for learning and play. It is offered without any warranty, and the owner is not responsible for any loss arising from its use. Children should use it with the supervision a parent or teacher thinks appropriate.
Privacy
Learn with Adam runs entirely inside the browser on the device. It does not ask for a name, an email address or any other personal detail, it does not create accounts, and it does not send anything about the child anywhere. Progress stars are kept on the device itself and disappear if the browser data is cleared.
Reporting a copy
If you find Learn with Adam, or part of it, published somewhere it should not be, please tell us. Every build carries markers that identify it, so a copy can be traced back to the original file.
